High Point, NC – At its quarterly meeting, the DAR•RAN Board of Directors approved the issuance of additional stock shares resulting in a corporate owner change to woman-owned status.  The Board also named Jennifer Hollingsworth as the new corporate President.  DAR•RAN’s previous President and Founder, Randy Hollingsworth, remains actively involved in the company as a member of the DAR•RAN Design Team.

DAR•RAN Furniture Industries, Inc is a global office furniture manufacturer, offering American made quality casegoods at competitive prices.  Recently, DAR•RAN has vertically integrated into other sectors of office furniture, including introductions of laminate casegoods, guest seating, and the 2009 NeoCon launch of Lounge furniture. 

Jennifer Hollingsworth has been a member of the DAR•RAN Board of Directors since 2001, and most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing.  Her experience also includes Customer Service, Government Sales, and Manufacturing.  DAR•RAN’s success and growth over the past several years are a direct result of her direction and influence while over the DAR•RAN’s Marketing Dept.  Jennifer will continue to lead the company with the core values established by her father Randy Hollingsworth over DAR•RAN’s 33 year history.
